App Description

Animind is an AI-powered mobile application that provides behavior analysis for pets including dogs, cats, and rabbits. Our App uses artificial intelligence to:

Analyze pet behavior patterns
Provide health insights and recommendations
Monitor pet activity and wellbeing
Send alerts for concerning behavior changes

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 13 years old to use our App
One account per user is permitted

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Upload harmful or malicious content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share your account credentials with others

AI Limitations

Payments and Subscriptions

Free and Premium Features

Our App offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions provide:

Priority customer support
Additional monitoring features

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your app store account
You can cancel anytime through your device settings
Refunds are subject to app store policies
Access continues until the end of the current billing period

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI algorithms, and software, are owned by Animind and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload. By using our App, you grant us a license to process this content for AI analysis purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to request account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
